Ircon International Limited (IRCON) and RITES Ltd(RITES) of Railways became the 15th and 16th 'Navratna CPSEs'. Now it is the 15th company to get Navratna status.

IRCON International Limited (IRCON) and RITES Limited (RITES), both Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) under the Ministry of Railways, have been declared as the 15th and 16th Navratnas respectively among the CPSEs. The Finance Ministry on Thursday granted 'Navratna' status to RITES and IRCON. Entering its 50th year of incorporation, RITES Limited is a leading transport infrastructure consulting and engineering firm in India. It provides services in diverse areas of transportation, railways, export of rolling stock, highways, airports, metros, urban engineering and sustainability, ports and waterways and energy management. Getting Navratna status will help RITES in promoting its brand.
