CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) signed an MoU with the Nagaland Government to collaborate and unleash the potential of entrepreneurial talents in Nagaland at the Nagaland CSR & Investment Conclave 2022. As part of this agreement, CII would establish startup cohorts and conduct capacity-building programmes for Nagaland Government officials, financial institutions & banks in Nagaland, incubators, and academic innovation cells for engaging with startups. CII proposes to onboard 500 candidates in the 1st batch & grow to 1000 candidates in subsequent batches. A Model Career Centre (MCC) will also be set up in Nagaland in partnership with the State Government.
