Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a Joint Venture of Public Sector Undertakings under the Ministry of Power, today launched its unprecedented National Efficient Cooking Program (NECP) and Energy Efficient Fan Program (EEFP), unveiled at the Central Department of Energy . Renewable Energy Shri R. As part of these programmes, EESL will distribute 1 crore efficient BLDC fans and 20 lakh energy-efficient induction cook stoves across the country. The National Efficient Cooking Program (NECP) has introduced induction-based cook-stoves, which allow conventional cooking, offering a cost advantage of 25-30% compared to conventional cooking methods, leading to energy savings. And promises both cost-effective cooking solutions. By deploying 20 lakh induction cook-stoves across India, EESL aims to reduce the environmental impact of cooking methods, ensuring cleaner air and better health for citizens.
