With the five medals won by India at the Asian Championships in Bangkok, the country's total medal tally reached seven - three gold, one silver and three bronze. The Asian Archery Championships 2023 was also the Olympic qualifier for the Indian recurve archers event. Although the Indian women's recurve team won a bronze medal, it was the only gold medalist per gender to earn a Paris 2024 Olympic quota in archery.
