Central Vigilance Commission is observing Vigilance Awareness Week 2023 from 30 October to 5 November. Vigilance Awareness Week is observed every year to create greater awareness about the importance of integrity and ethics in public life. This year's theme is, Say No to Corruption; Be dedicated to the nation. Vigilance Awareness Week began today with the administration of the Oath of Integrity to the officers of Central Vigilance Commission by Central Vigilance Commissioner Praveen Kumar Srivastava and Vigilance Commissioner Arvind Kumar at Vigilance Bhawan, New Delhi. The Commission is also issuing three publications. The idea behind these is to disseminate information about effective and innovative initiatives taken by various organizations as a reference point and way forward. The Commission has called for participation of all citizens to bring transparency and accountability in public administration.
