INS Sandhayak Commissioned into Indian Navy at Visakhapatnam.

The Indian Navy commissioned INS Sandhayak (Yard 3025), the first Survey Vessel Large (SVL) ship, at the Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam. The ceremony was presided over by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. The ship will conduct hydrographic surveys of ports, harbours, and navigational channels.
