India and Guyana Sign MoU for Cooperation in Hydrocarbon Sector.

The Union Cabinet has approved the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, India, and the Ministry of Natural Resources, Guyana. The MoU covers the entire value chain of the hydrocarbon sector, including sourcing of crude oil, participation in exploration, and refining.
