The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has officially handed over the first batch of the indigenous "Zorawar" Light Tanks to the Indian Army. These tanks are specifically designed for operations in high-altitude areas like Ladakh and Sikkim to counter threats along the LAC. They were developed in collaboration with Larsen & Toubro (L&T).
