  • - The scheme targets 1 lakh youth across Bihar over a 6-year period, with a pilot batch of 5,000 youth to be supported in the inaugural year 2025–26. The objective is to improve employability, job-readiness, and technical capabilities of the state’s youth, with a structured stipend-based engagement in training and internships.
