  • (ii) Shekhar Dutt also headed the Sports Authority of India, and contributed to ministries including Tribal Welfare, School Education, and AYUSH. Senior leaders, including Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai, paid tribute, emphasizing his service legacy spanning the army, bureaucracy, and state administration.
