Madhya Pradesh has introduced India’s first dedicated GCC Policy 2025, positioning itself as a key hub for global innovation, technology, and business collaboration. The Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Limited (MPSEDC) will serve as the nodal agency responsible for implementing the policy.

  • - The Madhya Pradesh GCC Policy 2025 aims to transform tier-2 cities like Bhopal, Indore, and Gwalior into global operations centers, offering a competitive edge to businesses looking to expand in India.

  • (i) The policy focuses on sectors like IT, Finance, Engineering, HR, and Emerging Technologies (ET), with special emphasis on AI and Cybersecurity, while offering incentives for CapEx, payroll subsidies, upskilling programs, and R&D.
  • (ii) The policy aims to attract over 50 GCCs, generating more than 37,000 direct jobs in sectors such as IT, ITES, advanced analytics, R&D, and digital transformation.
  • (iii) Madhya Pradesh's IT exports have tripled in the last three years, with an annual growth rate of 43%. Additionally, MP ranked 4th in the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) 2023 rankings released by the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoC&I).
