On October 14, 2024, Union Minister Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya from the Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) launched the e-Migrate V2.0 web portal and mobile app at Sushma Swaraj Bhawan in New Delhi.
