According to the report "Renewable Energy and Jobs Annual Review 2024" from the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO), 2023 saw the addition of 347 gigawatts (GW) of photovoltaic (PV) capacity worldwide, which is a 74% increase compared to 2022.
