NCRTC celebrated World Quality Week from 06 to 10 November 2023, starting with a message from Shri Vinay Kumar Singh, MD, NCRTC, to all employees, contractors and associates. This year's theme for World Quality Week is "Quality: Realizing Your Competitive Potential". During his address, Shri Singh appreciated the NCRTC team's continuous focus on quality and its approach of getting it right the first time and every time. Throughout the week, several interactive workshops, training sessions and competitions were conducted at the site offices and corporate office. Various engaging sessions related to standardizing quality control practices, adopting best practices for quality assurance and raising awareness regarding high quality delivery were organized which were addressed by industry experts. The week concluded with awarding the winners of various competitions held during the week and emphasizing NCRTC's commitment towards quality delivery. ​
