NASSCOM has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NRW.Global Business to promote innovation, investment and technology exchange between North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) in Germany and India. NASSCOM is the apex body for the $245 billion technology industry in India, with over 3,000 member companies accounting for 90 per cent of the industry's revenue. This MoU will lead to the establishment of the first NASSCOM Launchpad in Germany following its success in the UK. This arrangement will provide Indian tech companies interested in establishing their presence in NRW access to rent-free office space for up to 180 days within offices located in 5 cities of NRW: Cologne, Düsseldorf, Essen, Krefeld and Solingen, where many There are tech-focused companies already located there. Companies will also be supported in eco-system connects, introductions among stakeholders and other support mechanisms to help “Faster Go-to-Market”. ​
