Books & Authors

The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude for worshiping and having darshan of Shri Ram in several temples and receiving the blessings of saints, especially Jagadguru Ramanandacharya. He also mentioned the release of three books namely 'Ashtadhyayi Bhashya', 'Ramanandacharya Charitam' and 'Lord Shri Krishna's Rashtraleela'. Prime Minister said, “Ashtadhyayi is a reflection of India's linguistics, India's intellectualism and a thousand of our research culture. It is a years old lesson.” He highlighted the genius of Ashtadhyayi as it encapsulates the grammar and science of the language in a concise capsule. He said that many languages came and went but Sanskrit is eternal. He said, "Time has refined Sanskrit but it can never be polluted." He said that the basis of this stability is the mature grammar of Sanskrit. Based on only 14 Maheshwar Sutras, this language has been the mother of Shastra and Sahastra (tools and scholarship).
