A pioneer in women's cricket, Edulji made as big an impact on the field when captaining India during her playing days as she did as an administrator after her playing career. He played 54 matches for India across three decades and made his mark as a slow left-arm orthodox spinner, taking more than 100 wickets. Edulji played 20 Tests, scoring 404 runs at an average of 25.77 and taking 63 wickets. Sehwag scored a total of 23 Test centuries during his illustrious career – the fifth most by an Indian male player. He scored 8,586 runs in 104 Test matches at an average of 49.34. He also took 40 wickets during his Test career from 2001–2013. A key member of Sri Lanka's 1996 World Cup-winning team, de Silva is an icon in the island nation. The consistent right-handed batsman scored 20 Test centuries during a 19-year international career – the third most by any Sri Lankan male player – and he had the same number of centuries against the white ball with 11 centuries.
