MoPPG&P Announces National Anubhav Awards 2025 to Recognize Retirees from Central Government, CPSEs, and PSBs.

On May 28, 2025, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions (MoPPG&P), Government of India (GoI), announced the winners of the National Anubhav Awards Scheme, 2025.
- The awards encourage retiring and retired employees to document and share their valuable work experiences and insights through written submissions.
- A two-tier evaluation process was conducted, resulting in the selection of 5 Anubhav Awardees and 10 Jury Certificate winners.
(i) The Anubhav Awards and Jury Certificates will be conferred on August 18, 2025, at a national-level event presided over by Union Minister of State (MoS) (Independent Charge, IC) Dr. Jitendra Singh, MoPPG&P.
Main Point :- (ii) For the first time, the 2025 edition of the scheme included employees from Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Public Sector Banks (PSBs), alongside Central Government officials, recognizing their contribution to nation-building.
(ii) National Anubhav Awards 2025 Winners: The Anubhav Awards were presented to five individuals including Hukum Singh Meena (Ministry of Rural Development), Shalini Kacker (State Bank of India), M. Venkatesan (PMO), O. Virupakshappa (India Post, Karnataka), and Saju P.K (CRPF) for their outstanding contributions in government service.
(iii) Anubhav Jury Certificates: Ten professionals received Jury Certificates for their excellence, including officials from BHEL, DRDO, DOS, MoC, MoJS, ITBP, and CRPF—such as Jai Prakash Srivastava, Vinod P, Jolly Dhar, and Sheela Rani Poddar.
