The 2025 Malaysia Masters, officially known as the Perodua Malaysia Masters 2025, was held from 20 to 25 May 2025 at the Axiata Arena, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and organized by the Badminton Association of Malaysia.
- It was the 16th edition and a part of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Tour Super 500 series, with a total prize pool of USD 475,000.
- Li Shifeng (China, World No. 4) defeated Kidambi Srikanth (India, ranked 65) with a score of 21-11, 21-9. This was Srikanth’s first final since the 2021 BWF World Championships.
- Wang Zhiyi (China) beat compatriot Han Yue in a three-game match: 13-21, 21-13, 21-18.
Main Point :- (i) Man Wei Chong/Tee Kai Wun (Malaysia) overcame Aaron Chia/Soh Wooi Yik (Malaysia) with a scoreline of 21-12, 15-21, 21-16.
(ii) Liu Shengshu/Tan Ning (China) won against Tan Shing/Zhang Shu Xian (China) with scores of 21-17, 21-18.
(iii) Feng Yan Zhe/Jiang Zhen Bang (China) defeated Huang Dong Ping/Wei Ya Xin (China) in a three-set match: 21-17, 14-21, 21-16.
