PM Modi Inaugurates Rs.26,000 Crore Projects in Bikaner, Including 103 Amrit Bharat Stations and Solar Power Initiatives.

On May 22, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Bikaner, Rajasthan, to launch and inaugurate multiple developmental initiatives worth Rs. 26,000 crore.
- Through a video conference from Bikaner, PM Modi inaugurated 103 Amrit Bharat Railway Stations spread over 86 districts in 18 states and Union Territories.
- This railway modernization project is valued at Rs. 1,100 crore.
- He laid the foundation stone for three new Vehicle Underpasses and announced plans to widen and strengthen several National Highways (NH) across the region.
Main Point :- (i) The Prime Minister also inaugurated key renewable energy and power transmission projects in Rajasthan, including the 100 Megawatt (MW) Nawa Solar Power Project in Didwana, Kuchaman district, and a 300 MW ground-mounted solar installation in Bikaner.
(ii) Furthermore, PM Modi dedicated and laid the foundation for 25 crucial state government projects that will boost infrastructure, enhance connectivity, improve power supply, strengthen healthcare facilities, and increase water availability across Rajasthan.
