- The Archery World Cup 2025 Stage 2 was held from 6th to 11th May 2025 in Shanghai, China, where India clinched a total of 7 medals and secured the 2nd position in the overall medal tally.
- The Republic of Korea (South Korea) topped the tally with 7 medals (including 5 gold and 2 silver), while India followed with 7 medals comprising 2 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze.
Main Point :- (i) Madhura Dhamangaonkar won gold in the Women’s Individual Compound event, marking her first-ever individual World Cup gold medal.
(ii) The Indian Men’s Compound Team—comprising Ojas Deotale, Abhishek Verma, and Rishabh Yadav—clinched gold by defeating Mexico in the final.
