"Humanitarian Madhusudhan Sai Receives Fiji's Highest Honour.

On 25th April 2025, Sri Madhusudhan Sai, an Indian spiritual and humanitarian leader, was awarded the 'Companion of the Order of Fiji', the highest civilian honor of Fiji, by Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, the President of Fiji, at the State House of Fiji in Suva, Fiji.


      - Previous recipients of the 'Companion of the Order of Fiji' include Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi in 2023 and President of India Draupadi Murmu in 2024.

     

     

Main Point :-   (i) Sri Madhusudhan Sai was honored for his significant contributions to healthcare and social welfare in Fiji, particularly through his Sri Satya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Hospital, the first state-of-the-art, fully free children’s hospital in the South Pacific region, providing treatment to children from all backgrounds.

      (ii) He is the founder of 'One World One Family', a global humanitarian mission that operates in over 80 countries, working to improve access to healthcare, nutrition, and education.

(iii) The Companion of the Order of Fiji (CF) is the highest civilian honor awarded by the Republic of Fiji, established on 1st March 1995 under the Fiji Honours and Awards Act. This prestigious award recognizes individuals, both Fijian nationals and non-citizens, for their eminent achievements and merit of the highest degree in service to Fiji or to humanity at large.
