      - The day celebrates the piano, an acoustic, keyboard, stringed percussion instrument, uniting musicians, enthusiasts, and industry professionals worldwide.

      - World Piano Day 2025 was observed on March 29, marking the 10th anniversary since its establishment in 2015. In 2024, it was observed on March 28, while World Piano Day 2026 will fall on March 29.

      - World Piano Day was established in 2015 by German pianist and composer Nils Frahm. The first celebration took place on March 29, 2015.

Main Point :-   (i) The day promotes music education and encourages people of all ages to appreciate piano playing. It celebrates the piano's beauty, versatility, and cultural significance while supporting the piano ecosystem, including pianists, promoters, organizers, distributors, and technicians.
