Union MoS Jayant Chaudhary Launches 'DBIM-Compliant Website' to Enhance India's Digital Governance Ecosystem.

In March 2025, Union Minister of State (MoS) (Independent Charge, IC) Jayant Chaudhary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), launched the revamped 'DBIM-Compliant' website, marking a significant step toward strengthening India's digital governance ecosystem.
- The website has been developed in accordance with the Digital Brand Identity Manual (DBIM) Version 3.0, introduced by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) in February 2025.
- The DBIM framework aims to enhance the Government of India (GoI)'s vision of 'Minimum Government, Maximum Governance' by promoting a unified, accessible, and citizen-centric digital ecosystem.
- The website incorporates advanced features such as Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered search, multi-language support via BHASHINI (BHASHa Interface for India), person-led navigation, and centralized content management. It follows a three-click approach, ensuring better accessibility, uniformity, and ease of navigation for users while allowing them to access essential services and skilling resources with minimal effort.
Main Point :- (i) The website acts as a unified digital hub, showcasing all major initiatives under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), such as Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Skill India Mission (SIM), and National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
(ii) Each scheme is seamlessly linked to its respective dashboards, portals, and resources, enabling real-time tracking of performance metrics.
(iii) The integrated design promotes transparency and allows stakeholders, industries, and citizens to explore skilling opportunities, monitor progress, and engage with government programs more effectively.
