In February 2025, PB Fintech Limited announced the appointment of Santosh Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Paisabazaar, effective March 1, 2025. She succeeds Naveen Kukreja, co-founder of Paisabazaar, who is stepping down after 11 years as CEO but will continue as a Non-Executive Director (NED) on Paisabazaar's board. Santosh Agarwal, who has been with PB Fintech since 2011, previously served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) of Life Insurance at Policybazaar.
