Maaza Joins Coca-Cola's Billion-Dollar Club, Becomes 3rd Indian Brand to Achieve the Milestone.

In February 2025, Maaza, Coca-Cola's popular mango-based beverage, achieved a historic milestone by surpassing USD 1 billion in annual sales in 2024. This accomplishment makes Maaza the third Coca-Cola brand in India to reach the billion-dollar mark, following Thums Up (2021) and Sprite (2022).


      - Maaza becomes the 30th billion-dollar brand globally for Coca-Cola.

     

     

Main Point :-   (i) Maaza, one of India’s favorite mango-flavored drinks, was originally launched by Parle Bisleri in 1976. Coca-Cola acquired Maaza in 1993, along with other top Indian beverage brands such as Thums Up, Limca, and Gold Spot.

      (ii) In 2024, The Coca-Cola Company reported net gains of USD 13 million for the December quarter and USD 303 million for the entire year through the refranchising of its bottling operations in India.
