Zomato Rebrands to 'Eternal' with a New Logo, Signifying Its Expanded Vision.

On February 6, 2025, India's leading food and grocery delivery giant, Zomato, announced the rebranding of its parent company to Eternal Limited, unveiling a new logo to mark the transformation. This move highlights the company’s expansion beyond its core food delivery service into a diversified conglomerate.


      - Eternal Limited will oversee four major divisions: Zomato, which will continue as the core food delivery vertical; Blinkit, its quick-commerce unit offering 10-minute deliveries; District, which will focus on live events and B2B logistics; and Hyperpure, a restaurant supply chain service ensuring high-quality ingredient sourcing for food businesses.

     

     

Main Point :-   (i) The Zomato app remains unchanged for users, with all existing services, including food delivery and subscriptions, continuing without interruption.

      (ii) Zomato became the first new-age tech firm to be included in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex in December 2024.

(iii) Founded in 2007 as Foodiebay, a platform for uploading restaurant menus, Zomato’s rebranding to Eternal marks an 18-year evolution. CEO Deepinder Goyal emphasized that the transformation reflects Eternal’s mission to build an enduring institution.
