Nicolas Maduro Moros Takes Oath as President of Venezuela for a 3rd Consecutive Term.

On January 11, 2025, Nicolas Maduro Moros was sworn in as the 53rd President of Venezuela for his 3rd consecutive term. The ceremony took place at the National Assembly in Caracas, Venezuela.


      - He will serve as President of Venezuela for six more years, until 2031.

      - Nicolás Maduro Moros is a Venezuelan politician who started his political career in the 1990s as a member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

      - In 2010, Maduro became the 24th Vice President of Venezuela under former President Hugo Rafael Chávez FrĂ­as.

Main Point :-   (i) In March 2018, Maduro was re-elected and began his 2nd consecutive term as President.

      (ii) In 2015, Nicolás Maduro was awarded the Order of the Liberator from Bolivia, Venezuela's highest civilian honor, for his exceptional services to the country.

(iii) In 2007, he received the "Orden Francisco de Miranda", Venezuela's highest civilian award, for his significant contributions to the country's development.
