The United Nations (UN) observes the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People every year on November 29. This day provides a platform for the global community to reaffirm its commitment to the dignity, rights, justice, and self-determination of the Palestinian people.
- On December 2, 1977, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) adopted resolution A/RES/32/40 B, declaring November 29 as the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People every year.
