Utkarsh Small Finance Bank (SFB) has appointed Olympic boxer Mary Kom and former Indian football team captain Sunil Chhetri as its brand ambassadors.
- The brand ambassadors will participate in various initiatives for Utkarsh SFB, including financial literacy campaigns, product launches, branch inaugurations, and social media campaigns focused on inclusion and resilience.
- The bank plans to launch a multi-channel campaign featuring ad films and social media content, highlighting stories of financial empowerment and success, with Mary Kom and Sunil Chhetri leading these messages.
Main Points:- (i) Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom, from Manipur, is the only woman to have won the World Amateur Boxing Championship six times.
(ii) Sunil Chhetri, from Telangana, played for the Indian national football team, known as the Blue Tigers, from 2005 to 2024. He served as the team captain from 2012 to 2024.
