World Cerebral Palsy Day will be observed on 6 October 2024.

Important Days

World Cerebral Palsy Day (WCPD) is observed annually on October 6 to raise awareness about Cerebral Palsy (CP). The goal is to ensure that children and adults with cerebral palsy have the same rights, access, and opportunities as everyone else in society.

      - In 2012, the Cerebral Palsy Alliance declared October 6 as WCPD.

      - This year’s World Cerebral Palsy Day will thus stand as a reminder to embrace and celebrate diversity, fostering a more inclusive world for everyone.

Main Points:-   The theme for World Cerebral Palsy Day 2024 is "#UniquelyCP".
