MeitY & MCTE Collaborate to Promote Innovation and Technological Advancements for Defence.

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has partnered with the Military College of Telecommunications Engineering (MCTE) in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, to enhance innovation and drive technological advancements for defence applications.


      - Under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, MeitY's Research and Development (R&D) organizations have provided indigenously developed products to MCTE for military purposes.

      - This partnership aims to strengthen collaborative efforts for joint R&D in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Quantum Technology, Chip Design, Fifth Generation (5G) and beyond, as well as strategic electronics and communications.

      - It will accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies to address the evolving needs and challenges of the Indian Army (IA).

Main Points:-   This collaboration will create a platform for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through an incubation ecosystem, fostering the cross-pollination of ideas and technologies.
