India Ranks 39th in Global Innovation Index 2024 Switzerland Tops for 14th Consecutive Year.

India has secured the 39th position in the Global Innovation Index 2024, reflecting its consistent improvement in innovation capabilities. Switzerland continues to lead the rankings, claiming the top spot for the 14th consecutive year. The index, published annually by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), evaluates countries based on various factors including research, technology, and creative outputs. India's steady rise in the rankings highlights its growing emphasis on innovation, research, and development. This achievement places India ahead of several other emerging economies, reaffirming its position as a global player in innovation and technology.


      India's growing focus on digital innovation has contributed to its steady rise in the Global Innovation Index rankings.
