To strengthen India-Kuwait relations, Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Gulf University of Science and Technology (GUST) signed MoU for teaching Hindi.

MOUs and Agreement

In a significant step to strengthen India-Kuwait relations, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the Gulf University of Science and Technology (GUST) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote Hindi language education. This initiative aims to enhance cultural ties and foster better understanding between the two nations. Through this collaboration, GUST will offer Hindi language courses, enabling students in Kuwait to learn the language and appreciate Indian culture. The agreement reflects the commitment of both institutions to enhance academic cooperation and deepen people-to-people connections between India and Kuwait.

Strengthening cultural exchanges between India and Kuwait can lead to increased tourism and business opportunities for both nations.

Teaching Hindi in Kuwait will help foster better communication and understanding among Indian expatriates and the local population.
