MOUs and Agreement

The Security and Industry Development Ministry (SIDM) has signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to enhance defence industry cooperation with the Emirates Defense and Cybersecurity Company (EDCC) and the Emirates Defense and Advanced Technology Group (EDGE) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). These agreements aim to strengthen collaboration in technology sharing, joint ventures, and innovation in defense capabilities. By fostering partnerships between Indian and UAE defense sectors, SIDM seeks to bolster regional security and promote mutual interests in the rapidly evolving global defense landscape. This initiative reflects India's commitment to enhancing strategic ties with the UAE.


      The MoUs will facilitate joint research and development projects in advanced defense technologies between India and the UAE.

      This collaboration aims to enhance military interoperability and strengthen defense supply chains for both nations.
