The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) has approved ASHVNI for the construction of nuclear plants in India, marking a significant step in the country’s energy sector. ASHVNI (Atomic Society for Harnessing Vital Nuclear Initiatives) is a company or organization working in the field of nuclear energy in India. This decision aims to enhance the nation's nuclear capabilities and address the growing energy demands. Additionally, the DAE has transferred the Mahi Banswara project in Rajasthan to ASHVNI, facilitating its development.
