C-DOT Partners with IIT Roorkee and IIT Mandi for Cell-Free 6G.

The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) has signed an agreement with the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and IIT Mandi to develop cell-free 6G technology. This partnership aims to create innovative applications that will enhance the next generation of wireless communication. The collaboration will leverage the expertise of these premier institutions in advanced research and development. Cell-free 6G is expected to provide seamless connectivity and improved performance over current technologies, marking a significant step towards future-proof communication networks. This initiative aligns with India’s vision to become a global leader in 6G technology.


      The initiative will focus on sustainable and energy-efficient 6G solutions.
