The IAF has for the first time landed an aircraft using night vision goggles (NGVs) in the Eastern Sector. The C-130J aircraft Super Hercules transport aircraft was brought down safely on an advanced landing ground. Experts say this development greatly boosts the IAF’s ability to operate in low-light conditions and increases its strategic advantage over its enemies

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has created history.

This operation is part of the IAF’s strategy to continuously improve its skills and “safeguard nation’s sovereignty by enhancing operational reach and defence preparedness,” the IAF wrote. “Har Kaam Desh Ke Naam.”
