MOUs and Agreement

The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has forged a significant partnership with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd to advance the objectives of the Drone Didi Yojana through two Pilot Projects. Aimed at training 15,000 women in drone operation for agricultural purposes, this collaboration underscores a commitment to empowering women in the workforce. Under this initiative, MSDE and M&M will conduct exclusive training sessions for 500 women at the National Skill Training Institute (NSTI) centers in Hyderabad and Noida. The 15-day curriculum, approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), will be delivered by Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) instructors. NSTIs will provide infrastructure and mobilize participation, while Mahindra Group will furnish necessary equipment and cover operational costs, exemplifying a pioneering convergence of women, farming, and technology.
