Yes Bank has partnered with Ebanx, to set up a cross-border merchant payment infrastructure in India. The partnership aims to make it easier for global merchants to sell to customers in India and make cross-border shopping easier for Indians. The partnership will offer a range of local payment methods tailored to the Indian market, including UPI, locally issued cards, and recurring payment transactions. Ebanx was founded in 2012 in Brazil to tap the retail demand for cross-border commerce. The company connects global businesses to hundreds of domestic payment systems in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
