AMPIN Energy Transition has secured a 25-million-euro long-term financing investment from OeEB, the Development Bank of Austria. This funding aims to bolster AMPIN’s renewable energy portfolio expansion, including establishing a one-GW solar cell and module production unit in Odisha. Such investments align with the government’s objectives to amplify renewable energy capacities, diminish CO2 emissions, and strengthen local manufacturing for better supply chain control.

Currently, AMPIN Energy Transition boasts a renewable energy portfolio of three GWp spread across 21 Indian states and targets to escalate this to 10 GWp by 2030.
