Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Gujarat on 24th and 25th February 2024. He inaugurated and laid foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than Rs52,250 crore in Gujarat. The PM arrived at Jamnagar and lead a roadshow in the city. PM inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than Rs52,250 crore. The projects was launched are related to important sectors like health, road, rail, energy, petroleum & natural gas, and tourism among others. Prime Minister visited Dwaraka and dedicated to the nation the country’s longest signature stayed bridge called Sudarshan Setu connecting Okha mainland and Beyt Dwarka island. With the construction of the bridge, pilgrims will no longer need to rely on boat transport to reach Beyt Dwarka. Built at a cost of Rs980 crores, this iconic bridge will also serve as a major tourist attraction of Devbhumi Dwarka. Prime Minister dedicated pipeline project at Vadinar and three Rail Electrification projects in the state. PM laid foundation stone of various projects including widening of Dhoraji-Jamkandorna-Kalavad section of NH-927D, Regional Science Center at Jamnagar, among others. PM travelled to Rajkot and dedicate to the nation five new AIIMS, at Rajkot, Bathinda, Raebareli, Kalyani and Mangalagiri. The PM inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than 48,100 crore at Race Course Ground, Rajkot.
