SpaceX launched the 'Merah Putih 2' communications satellite on a Falcon 9 rocket from Florida's Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The company's Falcon 9 rocket launched the Telkomsat Merah Putih 2 at 3:11 p.m EST from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. It was the 300th successful mission for the workhorse rocket to date. It was the 17th launch and landing for this particular booster.


      The rocket previously supported critical missions like Crew-3, Crew-4, and cargo deliveries to the International Space Station.

      Notably, it launched another Indonesian satellite, PSN Satria, in June 2023.
