Centre For Development Of Telematics (C-DOT) and Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT-R), have signed an agreement to develop a groundbreaking 140GHz Fully Integrated Transmitter & Receiver Module for 6G and Beyond. The agreement, signed under the Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) scheme of the Department of Telecommunications.


      The focal point of this collaboration is the development of a 140 GHz Fully Integrated Transmitter and Receiver Module, poised to revolutionize communication technologies for 6G and beyond.

      This pioneering system boasts the integration of generation, transmission, and antenna capabilities for Terahertz (THz) waves onto a single chip.
