Indian paraarcher Sheetal Devi won the Sportstar Aces Award for the Sportstar of the Year (female) and Indian javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra won the Sportstar Aces Award for Sportstar of the Year (Male) at Sportstar ACES Awards 2024 held at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai.

Indian paraarcher Sheetal Devi won the Sportstar Aces Award for the Sportstar of the Year (female) and Indian javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra won the Sportstar Aces Award for Sportstar of the Year (Male) at Sportstar ACES Awards 2024 held at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. In 2023, Sheetal became the world record holder in the women’s doubles event at the Para Worlds, while at the World Archery Para Championships, she clinched a silver medal, making her the first female armless archer to do so. She won three medals at the Asian Para Games, including two golds and one silver. This is Neeraj Chopra second consecutive Sportstar of the Year award. Neeraj, the world No. 1 in men’s javelin throw, began 2023 by winning Diamond League events in Doha [88.67m], before becoming the first Indian to win a gold medal at the World Athletics Championships with an 88.17m throw. India cricketer Mohammed Shami claimed the ‘Sportsman of the Year (Team Sports)’ honour at the Sportstar ACES Awards 2024. Shami was the top wicket-taker of the ODI World Cup 2023 with 24 scalps.
