PM Modi unveiled Ramlalla idol at Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir in Ayodhya, UP.

The "Pran Pratishtha" ceremony began at 12.20 pm, after which Mr Modi took to the venue to address the gathering of over 7,000 people. "Today our Ram has come. After centuries of waiting, our Ram has arrived,” PM Modi said, adding, “Our Ramlala will no longer live in a tent. Our Ramlala will live in a grand temple.'' The consecration ceremony was held after the first phase of temple construction, which was the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid. The title was made possible by a Supreme Court decision in 2019.
The rituals of ceremony were led by the PM along with Mohan Bhagwat, head of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
