India wins 55 medals (21 gold, 21 silver and 13 bronze) at Asian Shooting Championships 2023

Indian rifle shooters Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar and the mixed trap team of Manisha Keer and Prithviraj Tondiman won gold medals at the Asian Shooting Championships 2023 in Changwon, Republic of Korea. Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar is the most successful Indian shooter with four medals in the Asian Games 2023. He won the gold medal in the men's 50 meter rifle 3 positions event with a score of 463.5 in the final. Tian Jiaming of the People's Republic of China won the silver medal with a score of 462.7, while his compatriot Du Linshu won the bronze medal with 450.3. As a result, Tomar's gold medal had no impact on India's overall Olympic quota count. China's second-ranked shooter Jiaming Tian and Kazakhstan's Konstantin Malinovsky were the two athletes to secure quota places on Wednesday.
