ICICI Lombard General Insurance appoints Sanjeev Mantri as MD and CEO

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company on Sunday appointed Sanjeev Mantri as the new MD and CEO in place of Bhargav Dasgupta, who has been appointed vice-president of the Asian Development Bank. The Board of Directors of ICICI Lombard has approved the appointment of Sanjeev Mantri, the current Executive Director of the company, as the Managing Director and CEO of the company with effect from December 1, 2023 or the date of approval from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). For a continuous period of five (5) years, whichever is later or the date of his retirement, whichever is earlier.
