Today is 26th December and today is celebrated as Brave Children's Day in India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday participated in a program organized on the occasion of 'Veer Bal Diwas' at Bharat Mandapam in the capital and flagged off a march past of youth.Last year, on January 9, the day of Prakash Parv of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Prime Minister had announced that December 26 would be 'Veer Bal Diwas' in memory of the martyrdom of Guru Gobind Singh's sons - Sahibzade Baba Zorawar Singh Ji and Baba Fateh Singh Ji. Will be celebrated. So let us know what is Veer Bal Diwas, what is its history and what is its importance?


      Guru Gobind Singh, the leader of the Sikhs in Punjab during the Mughal rule, had four sons. They were called Char Sahibzade Khalsa

      Gobind Singh established the Khalsa sect in 699. It was established with the aim of protecting the people of the Sikh community from religious persecution.

      Guru Gobind Singh had four sons from three wives: Ajit, Jujhar, Zorawar and Fateh, all of whom were part of the Khalsa.
