Russia has signed a deal with India to supply its Igla hand-held anti-aircraft missile to the country.

India and Russia signed a contract to supply Igla-S hand-held anti-aircraft missiles to New Delhi – about eight months after Moscow officials estimated that the supply and licensed production of Igla-S MAN There will be an important contract. The Indian Army, which has long been looking for new man-portable air defense systems, inducted a small number of Igla-S systems last year.
